EDT
What you need to know about mandatory lessons and tracking.
Yes. All learners must complete 12 EDT lessons before taking their test, it's a legal requirement in Ireland. If you hold a licence from certain countries, you may qualify for reduced EDT, bringing the requirement down to 6 lessons.
Yes. Everything is tracked in the app. You'll see your lessons, hours completed, and how close you are to test-ready. No guessing.
Any lesson with an approved instructor counts. Your instructor will confirm this when you book. The app keeps a full record.
Yes. You can switch instructors whenever you want. Each lesson counts toward your 12, regardless of who teaches it.

Support
How to manage your lessons and get help when you need it.
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your lesson. Just open the app and pick a new time. Your instructor will see it straight away.
You can cancel anytime through the app. Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and you may lose your payment. Plan ahead when you can.
Support is available in the app whenever you need it. Message us directly and we'll sort it. No waiting on hold. No emails that disappear.
It happens rarely, but if it does, contact us immediately through the app. We'll reschedule you with another instructor at no cost.
If a lesson is cancelled by your instructor or us, you get a full refund. Check the app for our full cancellation policy.
