FAQs

When will I get paid?
We work Monday to Sunday, your invoice is automatically uploaded the following Monday and payment is transferred to you on the Wednesday.
How do the students book in with me?
There are two apps, one for the instructor and one for students. You upload your availability onto the instructor app, and the student will be able to see your availability and book a slot that suits.
What happens if the student doesn’t show up for the lesson?
The student has to give over 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a lesson. If they don’t, they lose their fee and you still get full payment. It’s in our terms and conditions.
What way does car hire work?
It’s your car and your business. If you are not comfortable letting a student have your car for the test, then don’t give it to them. Encourage them to reschedule their test and give themselves more time to prepare, and explain that you will only rent them the car once they show they are ready to drive independently.
What length of lessons do you do?
We recommend 2-hour lessons and have it set up as a default on the student app, but if you are happy to do 1-hour lessons there is also a function on the student app to cater for this.
